Omomen Lilian Olukoya (Mrs). LL.B, B.L is a 2000 graduate of the University of Ilorin, admitted to the practice in the Nigerian Bar in the year 2002.
Omomen commenced her career with the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG) set up to promote awareness and provide services on negotiation, mediation and other contemporary alternative dispute resolution techniques. She played an instrumental role in the establishment of a Multi Door Court House in both the Lagos and Abuja High Courts. This pioneering effort gave birth to the Multidoor Courthouse concepts practised in several states in Nigeria
She subsequently moved to Union Bank Plc where she worked in the Legal Department of the bank and was responsible for providing legal advisory services and rendering legal opinions on a wide range of Commercial matters involving the bank. Over this period, she developed deep expertise in handling secured credits and securitization of facilities granted to and by the Bank. By virtue of her vast knowledge of the bank, Omomen ran the training team in the Bank’s Legal Department and was responsible for revamping the curriculum. She was also nominated to serve on different project teams/committees responsible for undertaking strategic planning exercises for the bank.
Outside work, Omomen is involved with several religious/social organizations that support children and less privileged people.
